picmargotMARGOT PENNINGTON

born 1954 in Esslingen, Dipl. klin. psych., dipl. soz., author

My whole life was dedicated to exploring the existential questions of life: possible qualities of human life, thinking and feeling, closeness and loneliness, dialogue and speech, and the ever-present topic of death. In my books I try to communicate those aspects of being human and to show ways of healing.

In Stuttgart I studied French, in Munich psychology and sociology. In further studies I explored the ways of cognitive thearpy, the therapeutic dialogue, systemic therapy with families, Primal and Gestalt therapy, transpersonal psychology, shamanism and various forms of meditation.
In my daily life I practice the balance between goal-oriented action and meditative contemplation.

In my work I focus on the refining of inner and outer perception, the understanding of our thinking- and feeling patterns, and on the dance of consciousness on the edges of ME. In a dialogue we find out what is really essential and together look for a new perspective from which a healing change becomes possible.

I offer: professional support in personal clearing processes. life crisis (also for couples), fears, post-traumatic disorders and on the topics of death and parting. I prefer short interventions and help to create the basis for change. The goal is always a fulfilled life.

About my work

for my entire life I have been a passionate psychological researcher.
In my seminars I only teach what I found useful in my own life.
Rather than passing on tips and tricks (tools) I aim at genuine personal development based on a sound understanding of the psychological and systemic background.
The aim of my work is to contribute to the mental, social physical well-being of my clients.
And, of course, to their economic success.
